Warranty and Return Policy


RETURN POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We are happy to provide you with a refund, exchange or replacement within 10 days from receipt of your order (less shipping and handling charges).  Re-shipping charges on exchanges will be a flat rate of $5.00 and must be included with the return in the form of cash, check, or money order.

How to Return or Exchange Product

All returns and exchanges must contact our office within 10 days of receipt of your order to request a return/exchange form.  All returned products must be in re-saleable condition.  In addition, all items pertaining to the product must be returned – packaging, product paperwork, & product. If any packaging is missing there will be a $5.00 fee incurred. After we receive your package, we will issue an exchange or refund for the cost of your item less the original shipping fees.

We recommend that you ship your item with a carrier that provides tracking information as well as insurance. We will not be held liable for, nor will we refund or replace any products lost or damaged in transit.

Warranty

If your frames/lenses become damaged or unusable outside of normal wear and tear, we will perform what we deem as either necessary repairs or replacement at no cost to the buyer for the first year with proof of purchase. In this case, buyer is responsible for shipping the holster to Cordair Eyewear, and Cordair Eyewear will pay for return shipping once the repairs or replacement has been made.

Any alterations done by the buyer after delivery and acceptance of the Cordair Eyewear Frames and/or Lenses will void the warranty and buyer will be responsible for purchasing a replacement.
